What kind of exercise experience do you have?

 None….I’m starting from scratch. I’ve gone to yoga and cross fit sometimes but we’re not in a relationship. A fair bit…people at the gym recognize me and know my name. I know what I’m doing.

Ahhhh, food. We love to eat too and know how to keep the foods you love while changing your body.
