Training is done in a small group (4 max) and focuses on toning and shaping the body through a fusion of resistance, plyometric and interval circuit training. You will receive a personal fitness assessment, individualized program and Quiktrain’s eating for Fat Loss guidelines. Weekly progress meetings will make sure you stay on track every step of the way!
