Why do you love fitness?
Training is my “me” time. It’s my outlet, my therapy. Anything I’m feeling…frustration, worry, excitement…it doesn’t matter…all that energy gets used up in my workout. At the end of it all, I’m too tired to be anything but relaxed.
What do you love about being a Quiktrain nutrition coach?
There’s so much information out there and I see lots of people getting stuck. They know what they want but they don’t know how to get there. And it’s frustrating because I know it doesn’t have to be that complicated. In fact, the simpler it is the
better. I want to share that information with you. I want to show you how to eat well, be fit, and enjoy life.
Exercise super power: The Squat
I love the squat. It’s a basic move but with multiple possible variations, there’s no way to get bored…ever. And burning more fat with a lower body exercise doesn’t hurt either. When in doubt, squat.
Quirky fact about me:
I talk in movies, TV shows, and commercials. Someone will say something and that comment will trigger a memory and before you know it I’ve quoted a line or part of a conversation, or imitated a cartoon character. If I think it’s particularly good, you might even hear me snort-laugh.
